Recruitment process outsourcing is nothing but a form of business process outsourcing where an employer transfer all or part of its recruitment processes to an external service provider.
Recruitment/Talent acquisition is one of the major functions every HR professional must perform. Each organisation has their own designed and tested recruitment process. We being an expertise having varied experience in recruitment at multiple levels including campus recruitment also had work with different clients from different industries.
What we do different from others is :
- Our screening process is based on the Job description (JD) shared by the clients. In case we find that the JD is incomplete or need more detail we help client designed the JD as per requirement. Initially we screen the resume and conduct 1st round of interview with our interviewing team and only share those resumes which we find suitable as per the parameters shared by the clients.
- We even have psychometric evaluation process based on well on psychometric testing methods. We have separate tool for the same and we share resumes with suitability score. Once the client enrolled with us, we provide this facility to then in-case they are looking for more accurate resume with suitability score along with eligibility.
